How much do real estate agents make?
Income depends on the number of transactions you close, deal size, your commission split and your expenses. For national context, the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics reports May 2025 median wages of $52,830 for real estate sales agents and $73,220 for brokers — figures that exclude self-employed agents and are not Miami- or Supreme Capital–specific. Why do so many real estate agents struggle?

Do commercial agents earn more than residential agents?

How do business brokers get paid?
